· We provide phone service to the outside terminal belonging to the phone company and located at or near your residence. Customer or landlord is responsible for installation and repair of other outside & inside wiring, jacks, etc.  Customers switching from a cable company must have their phone wires reconnected to outside terminal belonging to the phone company.

 

· $36 cancellation fee after placement with switching company and 1 month minimum term with no refund once phone connects at switching station.

 

· All plans include unlimited local calling, 911 service, toll free calling, and 800-FREE411.

 

· Your service month begins on the connection date, so you will receive a full month.

 

· We will mail a bill monthly; local tax may be added to prices shown; pay with cash or money order.

 

· Connection takes 1 to 14 days depending on conditions at your neighborhood switching station, but we connect FASTER than other companies, usually in 1 to 2 days.
